Designing and commissioning a newbuild biogas facility

Leap Solutions partnered with client to bring a new biogas facility in France from concept to operation. We ensured ATEX compliance throughout the project, from equipment choices and installation methods to documentation and early design decisions. Alongside this, we designed and implemented the plant’s automation system and coordinated system integration across several sub‑suppliers. Our involvement in hardware specifications helped secure both safety and long‑term reliability.

During commissioning, we carried out full I/O testing, troubleshooting and system tuning, while continuously verifying ATEX safety requirements. To keep operations running smoothly from day one, we also established remote diagnostic capabilities for fast response and minimal downtime.
